All AKSA supplied generator sets are covered by a comprehensive 18 months / 2,000 hour warranty.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

To raise a warranty claim, please complete the form below, or contact us via the details provided.

  • Generator information
  • Complete all details of generators.
  • Customer location
  • Provide details of site where the generator is located. To include the name and telephone number of site contact.
  • Dealer
  • Provide details of the company that purchased the generator from AKSA UK.
  • Fault description
  • Provide as much detail as to what is and is not working and actions taken to diagnose the fault. Include images of any fault symbols on the controller screen.
  • Repair Suggestions
  • Please give any thoughts as to the part that at fault.
  • Images
  • Please include a single file of images (JPG, PNG, PDF) that show controller screen pictures of the hours run, fault symbols, rating plate, suspect parts to enable AKSA UK to assess the problem. Also pictures of the generator in location for access assessment.
  • AKSA UK will then contact the nominated person to discuss repair actions.
